The Role

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Online Dispatch Assistant to join our team at Swimwear Galore in the Bayside and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is a seasonal casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your needs. As our Online Dispatch Assistant, you will play a vital part in ensuring our online orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.

The Day In The Life

  • Carefully pack and dispatch online orders to our customers in a prompt and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Unpacking and coordinating incoming stock from store level
  • Assist with other general retail duties as required
