WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You bring the energy. You're a natural connector, confident, creative and sharp with a story. You may come from sales, events, hospitality, or even the side of a festival stage. Either way, you know how to make things happen.
This isn't a regular sales job. This is brand building on the ground by activating venues, connecting with the industry and getting South Ave into more hands and fridges. You'll own your region, be trusted to run it like it's your own business and most importantly - have fun doing it.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fly the flag for South Ave across independent and banner bottle-os, iconic bars, beach clubs, nightclubs, major festivals and VIP events.
- Make us impossible to miss by driving visibility, shelf presence and standout execution at every touchpoint.
- Build real relationships with venue operators, bartenders, influencers and industry leaders in both the On and the Off Premise.
- Establish your presence in the local scene by staying across what's trending, who's moving and where the next big moment is.
- Use your sales smarts to drive mutual growth, every visit should be the highlight of your customer's week.
- Own your patch, run sales and marketing activity end-to-end with clever strategies, creative tools coupled with your local insight.
- Keep South Ave at the forefront through smart activations, problem-solving and bold ideas that turn heads and move cans.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
- Industry-connected: Existing relationships within the beverage or hospitality industry are a strong advantage or you can establish them quickly and naturally.
- Experienced: Background in beverages, hospitality, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship is highly valued.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the flexibility to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communicator: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences and situations.
- Commercially savvy: You understand the sales process and bring both strategic insight and creative flair to planning and negotiation.
- Autonomous but collaborative: Able to self-manage while contributing meaningfully to a broader team.
