DIT AgTech is an Australian-owned agritech company leading the way in innovative livestock nutrition and water supplementation technology. Our mission is to help producers lift animal performance and efficiency through proven, science-backed solutions.

We are seeking a Livestock Nutrition Specialist (R&D) to join our team in Rockhampton. This role will support the design, testing, and delivery of nutritional supplements through our uDOSE system, while also working closely with our sales team and customers to provide expert nutrition support.

What you'll do:

- Contribute to the design and execution of livestock nutrition research projects to validate supplement effectiveness.

- Collect, analyse, and interpret data, preparing technical reports and research findings.

- Assist with the development of new livestock supplement products and continuous improvement of existing formulations.

- Provide technical nutrition support to the sales team and directly to customers.

- Work collaboratively with producers, research organisations, and industry partners.

- Stay current with trends and research in animal nutrition to inform innovation.

What you'll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science, Animal Nutrition, or a related discipline.

- Demonstrated knowledge of livestock nutrition and supplementation.

- Solid understanding of research methodologies, experimental design, and data analysis.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.

- Confidence in engaging with customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams.

- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.

- Manual Driver's Licence.
