Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are seeking an experienced Picker packer on Day Shift to join our distribution team based in Palmyra, Perth.

Overview

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, these Full-time positions involve replenishing stock and picking using high reach fork on a day-to-day basis. If you have worked in a food/FMCG/logistics warehouse before, consider yourself with a great attitude, and have forklift exp and/or high-reach experience, this position could be for you.

Your day-to-day routine will look something like this:

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders
  • Unload using forklifts and zippy units.
  • Replenishing stock
  • Checking orders and raising discrepancies.
  • General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required.
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.

All about you

  • Must be willing and able to work in the dry/chiller/freezer
  • Hold a current LF license with at least 6-12 months of high reach experience.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good numerical and counting skills
  • Have prior experience working in a busy warehouse environment (advantageous).
  • A good understanding of HACCP requirements will be beneficial.
  • Understand all aspects of OH&S compliance.
  • Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.
