Cater Care is seeking an experienced Catering Manager / Relief Manager  to join our team and oversee operations at  our site. If you're a hands-on leader with a catering background  and a commitment to safety, quality, and team development—this is your opportunity to make a difference. This role is DIDO role from Rockhampton /Mackay region ,based on 14/7 roster

All about your role:

Cater Care Services are seeking dynamic and experienced hospitality leaders for Catering/Relief Managers at our remote mining villages throughout Queensland.This  will involve providing management of the daily catering requirements of the village, ensuring effective management in the areas of:

Food ProductionMenu Planning and Daily ProductionDining Room ServicesSafety, Health and Environment Customer ServiceStaff SupervisionComplianceAdministration and Operation MarginsClient Relationship ManagementLiaising with the Site Manager

Skills And Experiences

All about  you:

Certificate III in Commercial CookeryExceptional administrative and computer/ software skills Accommodation reservations systems experience (VAMS, SAMS, RMS)Stable & progressive management experience within a remote environmentA commitment to genuine, friendly customer serviceA motivated, constructive and professional 'can-do' attitudeResourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasmAdherence to food & general safety practicesAbility to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environmentPhysically fit and able to work long hours with repetitive tasksPride in personal appearance & hygieneAbility to work in varying degrees of heat, cold, humidity & inclement weather A manual drivers' license (preferred) and forklift ticket (highly desirable)
