We're hiring a Head of Cyber Engineering & Operations to lead our SOC operations, engineering, and transformation teams. You'll be at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, driving AI-powered modernisation and ensuring our platforms are proactive, resilient and continuously improving.

What You'll Do

⦁ Lead and oversee 24/7 SOC operations and incident response

⦁ Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap

⦁ Drive automation and AI/ML adoption across cyber workflows

⦁ Supervise engineering of scalable security solutions for cloud, OT/ICS, and hybrid environments

⦁ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align cyber initiatives with business strategy

⦁ Mentor and grow a high-performing team of cybersecurity professionals

⦁ Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for major incidents

About You

⦁ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership roles

⦁ Proven success leading SOC, incident response, and cyber defence teams

⦁ Strong experience in cybersecurity engineering, automation, and solution delivery

⦁ Deep knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, threat intelligence, and incident response

⦁ Demonstrated success implementing AI/ML in security operations

⦁ Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and other industry frameworks

⦁ Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, cloud security certs)

⦁ Experience in critical infrastructure sectors (mining, energy, etc.) is desirable

⦁ Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
