About You

We are looking for
two (2) Salesforce Developer
stars in the software community, someone who is passionate about elevating the software development profession and ideally brings experience from a professional services/consulting background.

You will be engaging with project teams and collaborating with a range of stakeholders, making recommendations, providing guidance and sharing knowledge around development best practices.

Along with excellent understanding of current and emerging software development industry thinking, methodologies, standards, frameworks and processes, you'll have experience in delivering complex development solutions to a wide range of clients.

Please note:
These will be 6 month initial contracts with possible extensions starting end of September to early October. Must be Sydney based for hybrid working conditions.

The experience, skills and attributes we are looking for include but are not limited to:

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce OmniStudio, including the design and development of complex digital solutions.
  • Proficient in building and configuring OmniScripts for guided user interactions across multiple steps.
  • Skilled in developing FlexCards to present contextual and actionable data in dynamic UI components.
  • Solid expertise in creating and managing Integration Procedures for orchestrating data operations and external service calls.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience with Document Checklists to manage, validate, and track document requirements.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Document Generation for dynamically creating PDFs and formal communications within OmniStudio.
  • Good understanding of REST APIs, including integration with external systems and handling of request/response flows.
  • Working knowledge of Apex for server-side logic, custom controllers, and extensions beyond declarative tools.
  • Familiar with Lightning Web Components (LWC) for building custom UI components to extend OmniStudio capabilities.
  • Comfortable with debugging and performance tuning of OmniStudio components using built-in developer tools.

Qualifications & desirables:

  • Computer Science / Information Technology related university degree
