Requirements:

- Must be a team-player

- Flexible availability preferred - AM shifts/PM shifts + Sleepovers

About the Role:

  • Morning, afternoon and night shift available across a rotating roster
  • Support provided with a customer service focus to delight clients every shift
  • Adjust your approach to meet clients' needs, preferences and priorities
  • Assisting clients to perform important daily activities
  • Facilitating daily personal hygiene and dressing tasks
  • Performing home-based tasks such as food preparation and housework
  • Undertaking tasks outside the home such as shopping
  • Supporting various programs of social activities
  • Review all relevant notes and support plan information
  • Record keeping as per the organisation's requirements
  • Support clients to express views, raise concerns, report complaints and incidents
  • Maximise client's control and confidence
