The Role:

Expertise Required: Ideal candidates should be qualified (or nearly qualified) in providing Windows and/or Mac device support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer strategic advice and support for school ICT services.
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory domain controllers, including user account management, group policies, and print services.
  • Administer a range of technologies such as Azure, Intune, various learning and library systems, and deployment technologies like SCCM, MDT, MDM, JAMF, Compass, Xuno, and more.
  • Support, deploy, and maintain school networks.

What We Look For:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing Windows and Apple devices, Hyper-V environments, Cisco and HP network administration, and Cisco wireless technologies.
  • Experience: Familiarity with desktop and notebook computer support, SOE, and operating system deployment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • Educational Setting Experience: Prior involvement in eduSTAR.TSS or similar educational programs is highly valued.

  • Professional Development: Capability to plan and conduct ICT training sessions.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in technical writing.
  • Licenses and Checks: A current driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and successful completion of police and background checks.
