Site Supervisor

Stoddart Group are a leading supplier and installer of products to the residential building industry. A leader in what we do, Stoddart are the often unseen but ever-present backbone of the construction of a new home. This role is part of our Residential Building Products division and works closely with our amazing builders to ensure we're an efficient and valuable part of their build.

We are looking for a motivated Site Supervisor, who is proactive, safety conscious and has a can-do attitude. An exciting opportunity to be part of a multi-product supply and install business. To be successful in this role, you must be able to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority in a residential building environment whilst focusing on quality and customer satisfaction.

This role will be based in Darra.

Duties of the role include (but certainly are not limited to):

• Management and supervision of subcontractors

• Overseeing and reviewing quality of work

• Providing technical advice and support as required

• Solving issues to ensure customer satisfaction

• Lead by example on safety matters

Ideal candidate attributes:

• Construction or building experience highly desirable

• Strong and effective communication skills

• Ability to plan ahead and collaborate with customers and subcontractors

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
