Synergie is seeking a Multi System Operators (Rear or Side Lift) for one of Australia's leading waste industries located in North Melbourne, VIC

The important parts:

  • $38.08 Per Hour +Super + Penalties
  • 3 Months contract with potential to go permanent for the right candidates
  • Monday to Friday 5AM – 1:06PM (Must be flexible with Overtimes and weekend as there will be OT and weekend work)

What you will be required to do:

As Multi System Operator will be responsible for operating waste collection vehicles (side-lift or rear-lift) and associated equipment. The role involves transporting loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities, completing daily pre-start and maintenance checks, and ensuring safe loading/unloading.

  • Operate company waste collection vehicles (side-lift or rear-lift) and associated equipment
  • Transport loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities
  • Perform daily pre-start and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of trucks
  • Interact with clients in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

To be successful in the role you will:

  • MUST have Unrestricted Heavy Rigid (HR) (AUS) or Class 4 (NZ) Licence (as a minimum)
  • Driver history report
  • Commitment to safety
  • Self-motivated
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Customer service skills

Please note should you be successful, this role will require you to provide Driver History Report
