Responsibilities

  • Write and send tailored communications for owners using Prism (consists of email, audio notes, video).
  • Edit and compile jumpouts, gallops, and other appropriate footage with trainer update /commentary.
  • Work closely with trainers to translate updates into owner-friendly language.
  • Manage a comms calendar for horses, to ensure timely updates, and follow-ups etc.

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with video/audio editing (basic proficiency is fine).
  • Strong organisation and time management – being able to juggle and prioritise multiple horses and timelines.
  • A good understanding and passion of the racing industry, horse knowledge.
  • A professional, yet personable approach, as dealing with a variety of clients both through the job, and or at the races, farms etc.
  • Horse handling experience preferred
  • Experience and familiarity with Prism (basic proficiency is fine).
