About the RoleThis is an off-the-floor leadership role,giving you dedicated time and space to focus on educational leadership. We will consider Part time for the right candidate.
You will:
- Lead, mentor, and support educators in developing high-quality educational programs.
- Ensure that learning programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Collaborate with educators to embed intentional teaching practices and reflective practice.
- Inspire and empower the team to create engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
You are an enthusiastic, approachable, and knowledgeable educator who values collaboration and continuous learning. You will bring:
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and current early childhood practices.
- Proven experience mentoring or supporting other educators.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional growth.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
- A family run and operated service with a warm, approachable leadership team.
- A supportive culture where staff are genuinely valued and encouraged.
