About the Role

This is an off-the-floor leadership role,giving you dedicated time and space to focus on educational leadership. We will consider Part time for the right candidate.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and support educators in developing high-quality educational programs.
  • Ensure that learning programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF).
  • Collaborate with educators to embed intentional teaching practices and reflective practice.
  • Inspire and empower the team to create engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
About You

You are an enthusiastic, approachable, and knowledgeable educator who values collaboration and continuous learning. You will bring:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification).
  • Strong understanding of EYLF, NQF, and current early childhood practices.
  • Proven experience mentoring or supporting other educators.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional growth.
  • Current Working With Children Check.
  • First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
