About Goodstart Riverside Gardens

Join our welcoming team at Goodstart Riverside Gardens, a 96-place, Exceeding-rated centre where curiosity, care, and community come together.

  • Full-time role, working Monday to Friday between operating hours 6am - 6pm.
  • Lead your room with confidence and creativity — guiding a dedicated team to deliver meaningful, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and ACECQA standards.
  • Build trusted partnerships with families, champion inclusion, and help children thrive every day.

You'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
