We're recruiting on behalf of a privately owned infrastructure contractor that delivers design and construct projects to Tier 1 mining clients. Their focus is on essential site infrastructure - dewatering systems, remote power solutions, pump stations, borefields and pipeline networks. They're established, growing, and run by a team that genuinely values delivery and people.

About the role:
This is a Perth-based Senior Project Manager role overseeing multiple concurrent projects - not FIFO, and not stuck on a single site. You'll be responsible for managing dewatering and energy infrastructure packages across various locations, leading site teams, and delivering full project lifecycles from mobilisation to commissioning.

What you'll be doing:

  • Overseeing several live projects at a time across WA mine sites
  • Managing scopes including pipelines, pump stations, borefields, electrical and civils
  • Leading project teams, subcontractors and site crews to safe, high-quality delivery
  • Maintaining schedules, budgets, risk controls and client relationships
  • Working closely with internal design, procurement and construction teams
  • Reporting directly to the GM and supporting growth in a high-performing team

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering mine site infrastructure or services projects
  • Strong understanding of civil and mechanical scopes (HDPE, pumps, earthworks, etc)
  • Exposure to dewatering systems and/or remote energy generation highly desirable
  • Able to manage multiple site-based teams concurrently
  • Perth-based and comfortable travelling to site as needed
