Zonzo Estate Winery, located in the heart of Yarra Glen, currently has opportunities for full-time and part-time chefs, cooks and pizza chefs to join its expanding team. • Previous work history in a similar role.
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard.
• Assist in menu planning and development.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure during service.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Possess a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Capable of working under pressure in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• A professional and dependable attitude.
• The ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Food safety knowledge and relevant certification.
• Experience in pizza making is an advantage.

This role is located at our beautiful restaurant 957 Healesville-Yarra Glen Rd, Yarra Glen VIC 3775, so all candidates must be able and willing to travel to this location.

Trading Hours | Lunch Wednesday to Sunday and Dinner Thursday to Sunday

Closed Monday and Tuesday

Salary range 75k to 95k per annum.
