About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer within our global Design team, you'll help shape intuitive, elegant and scalable experiences across multiple problem spaces within our suite of products. You'll work end-to-end, combining research, interaction, and high-quality visual design to create experiences that improve the way millions of customers protect the things they love.

You'll work closely with your problem space team, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers and the Director of Design to define user experiences that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. This is a role for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex problems and balances strong craft with systems thinking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects within assigned problem space teams from discovery through to delivery.

  • Translate customer insights and business goals into user-centered, high-impact design solutions.

  • Partner with Product, Engineering and Content to prototype, validate and deliver design work that drives measurable results.

  • Contribute to and evolve our internal design systems, ensuring quality, scalability and accessibility across products.

  • Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

  • Share knowledge and mentor others to support skill growth and consistency across the design team.

  • Champion customer empathy, accessibility and data-informed design at every stage of the process.

Skills & Experience

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce or technology environments.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, interaction design and visual craft.

  • Proficiency in Figma with experience working within and contributing to design systems.

  • Demonstrated experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams, balancing user needs with business and technical goals.

  • Expertise in user research and testing, including planning, facilitation and translating insights into actionable design improvements.

  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools or workflows, and an understanding of how AI can enhance creativity, efficiency and personalization.

  • Proven ability to mentor and lead small design teams or initiatives, fostering collaboration and elevating design quality.

  • Strong visual design skills with the ability to produce elegant, on-brand and accessible interfaces.

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for effective collaboration with engineers.
