PROJECT COORDINATOR

Commercial Concrete & Civil

Dynamic Civil Solutions (DCS) is a fast-growing, family-run concrete and civil contractor operating across Melbourne & Perth, with expansion continuing. We're looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and wants to be part of a company that genuinely looks after its people.

This role is critical in supporting our Project Managers, Site Teams, and Directors to keep jobs running smoothly, safely, and on programme.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Coordinator at DCS, you will be responsible for day-to-day project support from pre-start through to completion, ensuring communication, documentation, and coordination are handled to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with project delivery and programme tracking
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal crews
  • Manage RFIs, variations, purchase orders, and documentation
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and reports
  • Liaise with site teams to ensure materials, labour, and plant are organised
  • Support HSEQ documentation, inductions, and compliance
  • Assist with progress claims and cost tracking
  • Maintain clear communication between office and site

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator / Site Administrator role (construction background preferred)
  • Strong understanding of commercial concrete and/or civil works (highly regarded)
  • Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Confident communicator with site teams, suppliers, and clients
  • High attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office & Bluebeam (Project experience a bonus)
  • Team-first attitude — no egos, no silos
