About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Clinic Coordinator / Receptionist to join our passionate team at First Skin and Body in North Adelaide. This part-time role (3-5 days per week) will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house and administrative support to our growing skin and beauty clinic. If you have a strong customer service background and excellent organisational skills, we encourage you to apply.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing the clinic's reception area and telephone enquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining the clinic's booking system
  • Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are well-stocked and clean
  • Assisting with retail sales and inventory management
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing and data entry
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and a positive client experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the hair, beauty or health industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident in using a range of office software, including scheduling and booking systems
  • A genuine interest in the skin and beauty industry and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
  • A friendly, positive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
