What You'll Be DoingAs our Site Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of every project you touch. From site establishment to handover, you'll manage the full lifecycle of construction works, ensuring every detail meets our high standards and exceeds client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading warranty, remedial, and insurance repair projects across QLD
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to deliver on time and on budget
• Ensuring compliance with QBCC standards, insurance requirements, and contractual obligations
• Managing site documentation, budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
• Responding to emergency call-outs and coordinating major loss repairs (fire, storm, flood)
• Conducting daily site audits, toolbox talks, and safety inductions
• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, suppliers, and trades
• Promoting BBS values and growing our supplier network
• Sharing industry knowledge and mentoring junior team members

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's not just capable, but exceptional. You'll need:

• A trade or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (or related field)
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in new homes, warranty, remedial, and insurance repairs
• Strong knowledge of QBCC regulations, defect rectification, and building codes
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills; workflow/project system experience is a plus
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Flexibility, initiative, and a passion for doing things right
