The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Nominated Supervisor who is also an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our team of dedicated educators. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate professional to bring leadership, innovation, and warmth to a service that truly values relationships, growth, and excellence in early childhood education.
Your Role Will Include
- Overseeing the daily operations of the centre in alignment with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of educators to uphold Brighter Beginnings' philosophy and pedagogical vision
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that supports every child's wellbeing and holistic development
- Guiding the planning and implementation of engaging, play-based, child-led programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Building strong, authentic relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
- Driving continuous improvement through reflective practice, collaboration, and quality assurance processes
