The Role
We are on the hunt for an experienced Restaurant Manager who has worked in some of Sydney's most prestigious fine dining venues to bring their passion for fine dining and their love of world class food and beverage, to our show stopping 2 hat restaurant.
As Restaurant Manager your role will involve all of the restaurant essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the restaurant, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team on the sequence of service, recruitment, rostering and assisting guests. Driving the guest experience and leading & motivating your team will be at the forefront of your role.
Having worked for some of Sydney's most award winning restaurants, your superior communication skills & experience managing the sequence of service in a high quality operation will allow you to hit the ground running. Hospitality will be in your DNA and you will be passionate about passing your knowledge onto your team.
