exceptional Restaurant Manager
to bring the venue to life, build a high-performing team, and deliver a guest experience that feels precise, warm, and unmistakably

The Role
As the
Restaurant Manager
, you will be the operational heartbeat of IKI Sushi.
You will lead the opening, oversee daily service, own the guest experience, and drive a culture of respect, precision, and pride.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate the FOH team to deliver warm, consistent hospitality
- Ensure daily operations run with precision — opening, service, handover, closing
- Drive sales through service excellence, upselling, and guest engagement
- Work closely with Chef Yomo and BOH leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH alignment
- Manage rosters, labour costs, inventory, and POS systems
- Train, coach, and develop staff to IKI standards
- Uphold IKI brand values, presentation, and service rituals
- Deliver strong financial performance and hit weekly service KPIs
Who You Are
You're a natural leader. Calm under pressure. Detail-driven.
You understand Japanese hospitality culture — or you're eager to learn it at a deep level.
You'll thrive in this role if you:
- Have 2–4 years experience in restaurant or venue management
- Have a strong understanding of premium casual or Japanese dining
- Are confident managing rosters, budgets, and service operations
- Love building teams, culture, and high standards
- Are hands-on, solutions-focused, and hungry to grow with the business
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Take pride in every guest that walks through your doors
