Responsibilities

  • Inspect and test fire doors in accordance with QBCC, Australian Standards (AS1851, AS1905.1), and NCC requirements.
  • Record and report on compliance, defects, and maintenance requirements.
  • Provide accurate inspection documentation and recommendations for remedial work.
  • Liaise with clients and site representatives regarding inspection outcomes.
  • Travel to sites across South East QLD and Northern NSW.

Requirements

  • QBCC Inspect and Test Licence (mandatory).
  • Experience in fire door inspections or passive fire compliance.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage site schedules.
  • Current driver's licence (travel required).
  • White Card (preferred).
