About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded In-House Legal Counsel to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a growing, innovative business with a strong international outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, including supply and distribution agreements.
• Providing pragmatic and strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders across business operations.
• Advising on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and employment/HR matters as they arise.
• Supporting capital raising, investment transactions and corporate structuring activities.
• Advising on risk management and compliance in relation to commercial transactions.
• Supporting business growth by developing and implementing effective legal strategies.
• Assisting with cross-border matters where required.

About You

• 5+ years PQE as a commercial lawyer (in-house or top/mid-tier private practice).
• Strong experience with contracts and commercial transactions, particularly supply agreements.
• Demonstrated ability to balance commercial outcomes with legal risk management.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a solutions-focused approach.
• Experience working across international jurisdictions is advantageous – US commercial law experience is a significant bonus.
• Motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
