Goldfields Printing Co is a local owner operator printing business that has been operating in the Goldfields for 56 years. We supply to a range of businesses (inclusive of large corporate mining companies and small businesses) and the general public for all there printing requirements.

Goldfields Printing is seeking a committed professional who is passionate about customer service and assisting with daily operations for our business.

Your Role:

  • Coordinate end to end workflow/operations management.
  • An ability to manage print production and finishing requirements.
  • A strong focus on quality production & attention to detail
  • Manage customer enquiries.
  • Determine client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Support the sales activity in the delivery of quality service.
  • Assisting clients with their graphic design/artwork needs

To be successful in this position you will need to have:

  • An articulate and eloquent telephone manner and outstanding verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to think outside the square and have good business acumen.
  • Mathamatical acumen
  • You must be able to learn on the fly and be able to multitask
  • Persistence, reliability and persuasiveness, coupled with good organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good business relationships.
  • Drive and self-motivation.
  • Experience in using Microsoft office packages
  • Capable of moderate lifting

While print experience, graphic design and knowledge of Adobe packages would be advantageous it is not essential as ongoing training will be provided.
