We're looking for a Sales & Service Consultant who thrives on engaging people over the phone. This is not about "hard selling" – it's about listening, advising, and guiding customers towards effective solutions that help them reach their environmental goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Building strong relationships with new and existing customers through consultative, phone-based sales.
  • Providing tailored advice and solutions that support businesses in achieving their waste and recycling targets.
  • Responding to inbound enquiries with energy, and expertise knowledge. No IVR or AL just genuine care.
  • Reaching out to potential new customers to introduce our product range and explore their sustainability needs.
  • Coordinating the customer service components for large projects and innovative custom product design
  • Collaborating with our small, passionate team to drive growth while staying true to our environmental mission.
