What you'll be doing
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers through consultative, phone-based sales.
- Providing tailored advice and solutions that support businesses in achieving their waste and recycling targets.
- Responding to inbound enquiries with energy, and expertise knowledge. No IVR or AL just genuine care.
- Reaching out to potential new customers to introduce our product range and explore their sustainability needs.
- Coordinating the customer service components for large projects and innovative custom product design
- Collaborating with our small, passionate team to drive growth while staying true to our environmental mission.
