Pathways Residences is a luxury Aged Care home providing accommodation to our elderly Australians in Sydney. We are looking for an experienced Care Manager to join our team full time in Northbridge NSW 2063.

Care Manager responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring RNs and other clinical staff
  • Oversight in all aspects of resident care
  • Providing expert clinical advice and staff management
  • Ensuring compliance with ACQSC, DOHDA, NDISQSC and more
  • Partner with another Care Manager in this 119-bed home - report to an experienced Executive Manager with a clinical background.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in nursing
  • Strong clinical experience
  • Strong leadership and management experience
  • Current AHPRA registration, Covid and flu vaccine, Police Check.
