BIG4 Anglesea Holiday Park is looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Deputy Housekeeping Supervisor to assist in leading the team in our busy day-to-day operations, cleaning and maintaining the accommodation, buildings and amenities to the highest standards of presentation.

You will be highly motivated, have excellent attention to detail, strong leadership skills and a "can-do-attitude".

Working alongside our Housekeeping Supervisor, this hands-on role provides a great opportunity to further develop your leadership with a clear career path in mind.

Key Responsibilities


• Ensure the park's accommodation and facilities are always cleaned, maintained and presented immaculately to the highest standard.


• Plan and allocate daily cleaning tasks for the housekeeping team.


• Train, mentor, and support new and existing team members.


• Manage housekeeping stock including linen and cleaning supplies.


• Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment.

About You


• Demonstrated experience supervising and leading teams of more than 10 people, in a busy accommodation setting.


• Previous housekeeping experience in a large accommodation provider with equivalent of 50 Units / 100 plus Rooms is preferred.


• A team player who is collaborative and can also work with limited supervision.


• Confident stepping into the Supervisor role during leave or peak times.


• Physically fit, with a positive, can-do attitude.


• Willing and able to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays periods.


• Basic computer skills for task management, emails and timekeeping.


• A valid driver's licence.
