About the Role

The Deputy Head of Primary - Meadow Springs is a full-time role, starting in Term 2, 2026 or earlier by agreement. This position is part of both the Primary Leadership and Extended Executive teams.

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Primary – Meadow Springs to oversee all aspects of teaching and learning, ensuring an exceptional educational experience for all students. You will also provide leadership in the development and management of teaching programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong organisational skills, and excels in pastoral care. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the Primary School.

A qualification in Early Childhood Education or substantial experience in the early years is highly regarded.
