Integrity are Western Australian owned and operated recruitment and staffing agency, with over 20 years' experience in the WA marketplace.

We are currently seeking reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking Operator All Rounders to join our client's team at a busy refinery located near Perth Airport. This role offers variety, stability, and the opportunity to secure permanent employment for the right candidates.

Eligibility

Please note: Due to the potential for permanent employment, only Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered for this role.

Hours

Morning and afternoon shifts available. Weekend work and overtime are also available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of duties across various areas of the refinery
  • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with procedures
  • Assist with quality control and product inspection
  • Accurately record production data (manual and computer-based)
  • Handle and move products weighing up to 22kg regularly
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment
  • Follow standard work instructions and safety protocols
  • Participate in packing, weighing, and using precision measuring tools
  • Carry out general labouring and additional tasks as required

Successful candidates will:

  • Be physically fit and comfortable working in warm environments
  • Have experience or willingness to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Provide a current National Police Clearance
  • Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable work ethic
  • Possess a strong focus on safety and teamwork
