As Australia's first fully integrated rare earths refinery, this milestone project is driving innovation—and we're building a skilled team to make it happen.
The Eneabba facility will process monazite concentrate extracted from Iluka's mineral sands operations, with production scheduled to commence in 2026.
We're currently seeking Experienced Welders to join our Construction division on a long-term project. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team working across both Civil and SMP scopes, contributing to a major infrastructure build in WA's Mid-West.
Location: Eneabba, WA (Mid West Region)
Roster: 2:1 Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO)
Interpret engineering and detail fabrication drawings, specifications and standardsUndertake and pass all necessary weld qualifications in required weld processesPerform the welding of steel components in all positionsMaintain all correct consumables, feeds, amperages and pre heat in accordance with applicable weld proceduresPerform welding techniques including, but not limited to, MMAW, FCAW, MIG, SAWWeld steel structures in sequence to eliminate shrinkage and distortion of steel componentsRemove tack welds, clean and restore weld preparations where required About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
