The Role

We're seeking a Senior Project Consultant to join our Melbourne team on a permanent basis.

In this delivery-focused role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to our customers, taking ownership of the technical delivery of modern workplace projects.

As the technical lead, you'll guide and support consultants on larger engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes, smooth project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take on the role of Technical Lead across a range of client projects, often guiding and mentoring other consultants on larger engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to define project scope, delivery plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Step into project management for smaller engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Contribute to the presales process by understanding client needs and identifying the right technical solutions.
  • Provide input into solution design and technical proposals that align with client goals.

What skills you will bring to the team

  • Minimum 5 years IT project consultant delivery experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft technologies - Current OS, infrastructure, and management capabilities.
  • Specialising in most of the following technologies: SOE build through MDT/SCCM/Intune, Active Directory, M365, AVD/RDS/Citrix, other core Microsoft products.
  • Specialising in endpoint management principals, RSoP, application allowlisting, Essential 8, security baselines.
  • Experience with MDM and MAM with macOS is desirable but not essential.
