About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a part-time casual basis at Doogood Surface Coatings' in Dandenong South, VIC. This is a casual position, providing coverage for our front desk as required Monday - Friday. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handling incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate person or department
  • Providing general administrative support, including mailbox management, data entry, filing, and managing stationery supplies
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings, meeting agendas and minutes
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Previous experience in a similar receptionist or customer service role, ideally in a fast-paced office environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office
