Hospitality Inn Geraldton is seeking Full-Time Hotel Reception Staff.

Casual positions may also be considered for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • Welcome Guests to the hotel in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Handlle accommodation inquiries & process reservations.
  • Perform and ensure a smooth check-in & check-out experience.
  • Deliver a high level of professional and friendly customer service that will enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Display a solid customer service approach and deal efficiently with complaints.
  • Assist with specific guest requirements to enhance their stay.
  • Ensure all aspects of front office / reception run smoothly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in an accommodation venue in a Front Office Reception role is advantageous (but not essential).
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
  • Flexible days and hours but typically Monday to Saturday, with 3 morning shifts (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM) and 2evening shifts (2:00 PM – 9:00 PM). However this is flexible for the right candidate and happy to work around.
  • Customer service focused with a passion for delivering high levels of service.
  • A high level of communication and organizational skills.
