We are currently looking to recruit for a key position in a Bar Supervisor/Receptionist to join our supportive and family-oriented team in a fast-paced environment with an

offering wage of $65,000 - $75,000 depending upon experience.

Your main focus would be

  • Manage the day to day running of the Food & Beverage area
  • Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and efficiency.
  • Stock organisation and ordering
  • Manage staff training, and performance.
  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Guest Point software; fast learner and adaptable
  • Positive, professional team player with flexible availability
  • After hotel hours on call to assist with any issues
