We are a family run business with personal lived experience of both psychosocial and physical disability.  We've walked in the shoes of the people we support, so we know what genuine care should feel like. We are seeking exceptional Support Workers to join our team in delivering high-quality, person-centred disability support. We currently have multiple new opportunities providing support to people with a disability. These roles are suited to workers who value dignity, independence and meaningful connection.

Support includes (depending on the person):

Opportunities on Maggie Island and Townsville

Days, weekends, and overnight shifts available

Outdoor & physically active support

Before/after school routines

Personal care & complex care (including stoma care)

Behaviour-aligned routines and family-centred support

Community access & social support

Domestic assistance & daily living supports

Transport & appointment support

Working within family-centred home environments

The positions commence on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition to part-time. Remuneration sits at SACS Level 2.1 $43.23 per hour (inclusive of casual loading) SCHADS Award, as per the SCHADS Award.

About You

We are seeking Support Workers who demonstrate:

Compassion, reliability and maturity

Strong values and person-centred practice

Flexibility and proactive support skills

Ability to build respectful professional relationships

Male applicants are encouraged

Desired (not essential):

Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or similar

Required (or ability to obtain):

NDIS Worker Screening Card & Blue Card

Current Driver's Licence
