Project Manager for Mooramong Development

Seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the Mooramong Development project. This significant project will contribute to the state's visitor economy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and develop commercial partnerships for new revenue generation concepts, contribute to planning and monitoring productivity against negotiated targets, and manage project pressures including budget and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage project pressures including budget, council permits, and stakeholder management.
  • Provide support with branding and campaign documents in conjunction with our marketing team and contractors.
  • Coordinate resources and oversee the smooth delivery of conservation plans and new onsite builds.
  • Forecast business and market needs accurately.
  • Recruit and manage experience development contractors.
  • Manage sensitivities including site significance.
Requirements:
  • Extensive success in project management/development and/or tourism development.
  • Proven ability to develop personal and corporate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead manage and work effectively in a complex and changing environment.
  • Strategic creative and practical mindset and planner.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
