We're on the lookout for a Business Development Manager who's ready to take on a market-leading product range and make a real impact across NSW. This isn't a run-of-the-mill role — you'll be representing a business that has been around for decades, with strong backing, great reputation, and solutions trusted across infrastructure, construction, water, and industrial sectors.

What's the role about?

You'll be driving new business while strengthening existing relationships with key contractors, distributors, and project partners. The work is a mix of strategy and hands-on selling — from mapping out growth opportunities to getting on-site and seeing how our products solve real-world challenges.

Our product portfolio is broad and practical:

  • Piping systems and fittings for water, wastewater, and stormwater.
  • Solutions for gas and energy infrastructure.
  • Products supporting civil works, irrigation, and industrial applications.

The Role

  • Hunt for new business across NSW while keeping an eye on major project activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships (these are long-term, trust-based partnerships).
  • Work with internal teams to deliver technical solutions and support for customers.
  • Keep on top of market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

About You

  • A proven background in business development, account management, or technical sales.
  • Someone who understands construction, infrastructure, or industrial products (bonus if you've worked with piping systems, building materials, or technical solutions).
  • A strong communicator who's just as comfortable in a boardroom as they are on a job site.
  • Self-motivated, commercially savvy, and ready to get stuck in.
