Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a 'Commercial Property Valuer' in Brisbane, Queensland. Our Valuers are responsible for conducting a diverse variety of real estate valuations for a range of purposes. The role includes directly communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with estate agents. Business growth has exceeded 10% per annum for the past 3 years. We have open opportunities for roles in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

  • Relevant study in Real Estate Valuations with API Membership and CPV designation essential
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Experience working with Real Estate Agents
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Desire and motivation to tackle complex valuation matters, including
  • All candidates with 2 to 20 years' commercial valuation experience will be considered
  • Above market remuneration packages will be paid based on experience
