Ironman 4x4 is a market leader in 4WD suspension and accessories, built to handle the toughest Australian terrain. At Hervey Bay Ironman 4×4 we're on the hunt for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our busy, customer-focused store — someone who can inspire a team, drive business growth, and ensure every customer rolls out satisfied.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the daily operations of the store, showroom and workshop

• Managing and motivating a small, capable team of sales and service staff

• Overseeing job scheduling and workshop flow to ensure timely, high-quality fitments

• Building relationships with trade and retail customers to grow the business

• Handling escalated customer enquiries and resolving issues with confidence

What we're looking for

• Experience in a retail or service management role (automotive, trade, or related)

• Solid leadership skills — you know how to get the best from your team

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to resolve problems professionally

• An organised operator who thrives on a well-run store and efficient systems

• Confident communicator who can work across departments and external contacts
