AbilitySeer is a leading registered provider of NDIS Supports based in Canberra and Regional NSW. AbilitySeer has over 30 years of experience in providing disability and advocacy services in ACT and NSW.

AbilitySeer are seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate support workers to work with NDIS participants in the Canberra, Queanbeyan, Goulburn, Yass, and surrounding areas.

Shifts include domestic assistance, personal care and social and community participation, transport, meal preparation, support in-home

Must have:

  • Current police check,
  • WWVP card,
  • First Aid Certificate & current CPR
  • NDIS Modules- Worker Orientation Modules and Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals
  • Reliable comprehensively insured transport and driver's license
  • Infection Control Certificate
  • Ideally be experienced with supporting individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or Mental Health are advantageous, or lived experience of disability.

We are also keen to hear from any support workers with experience and expertise in supporting indigenous clients in culturally appropriate ways.

Shifts vary in duration, and opportunities are available to provide respite, and to move into our emerging supported accommodation services.

Penalty rates for Evenings, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
