Machine Operators

Our client is a leading Australian packaging manufacturer, proudly supporting iconic brands for over 65 years. With a focus on innovation, safety, and sustainability, we offer stable employment, career growth, and a strong team environment.

They are currently seeking reliable and experienced machine operators to join their team across a range of roles (Littell, Slitting, Forklift, and Printing Offsider). These are full-time permanent positions working a consistent day shift as per the below with overtime available.

• Monday to Thursday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
• Friday, 6:00am - 12:00pm.

Current Opportunities:

• Littell & Slitting Operators
• Experience with metal packaging or similar machinery preferred.
• Forklift Drivers
• Valid forklift license and safe handling experience essential.
• Printing Offsiders
• Assist with press operations, material prep, and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
• Conduct quality inspections and report faults or irregularities.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and general maintenance.
• Adhere to WHS standards and company procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Current forklift license for all roles.
• Willingness to work shifts, including possible weekends or overtime.
