Monjon Security is seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at a data centre in the Docklands. This role requires a current NV1 Clearance and you will be responsible for on site security duties including monitoring surveillance systems and managing any site issues.

The position offers a Level 3 Award pay rate, superannuation and shift penalties where applicable.

We are looking for 3 FT staff, 1 PT and 1 casual team member to work a 4 weekly rotating roster.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor CCTV systems and alarms to ensure constant surveillance and early detection of any security risks.
  • Conduct physical patrols and security checks to identify potential threats.
  • Liaise with emergency services and site personnel to coordinate any incident responses.
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily operations.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and clear communication.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a current NV1 clearance to be considered for this role.
  • Valid Victorian Security licence
  • Valid Employment Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in security.
  • Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.
