The Role

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Bar Supervisor or Bar Tender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves being hands-on behind the bar but is also confident leading a shift and ensuring smooth operations.

In this role, you'll be:

  • Crafting and serving a diverse range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Delivering friendly and attentive service to all our guests.
  • Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws, RSA standards, and safety regulations.
  • Assisting with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
  • Leading bar shifts, supporting and mentoring team members, and ensuring service runs smoothly.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and jumping in wherever help is needed.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Senior Bar Tender, or in a similar hospitality role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Solid product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers (preffered but not essential)
