Role Description

This full-time role for a
Gen AI Developer with AWS
is a hybrid position based in Sydney. The Gen AI Developer will work on developing and implementing AI models, focusing on pattern recognition, natural language processing, and neural networks. Responsibilities include software development, debugging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that enhance business operations.

Key Qualifications & Job descriptions-

AI+Cloud:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions, into an enterprise scale production environment, with a focus on application security and observability.
  • Experience building and deploying enterprise grade agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with full-stack development, ensuring quality with automated unit and regression testing.
  • Considerable hands-on experience with the following AI "tech stack".
  • AWS Cloud
  • EKS / ECS
  • Bedrock
  • Semantic Kernel
  • LangChain
  • LangGraph
  • HuggingFace
  • SageMaker
  • Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
  • Experience deploying Generative AI solutions using enterprise-grade DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, and the development and implementation of security guardrails.
  • Experience delivering software solutions in a banking environment.
  • Experience in fraud detection, customer personalisation, or conversational AI is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
