Freeway Golf Course is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Casual Shop Assistants.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and has an interest in golf, hospitality or retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
  • Assisting with golf bookings, check-ins and retail sales
  • Preparing and serving light food, coffee and beverage
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the shop
  • Supporting daily operations of the course as required

What We're Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a small team environment
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
  • Current Employee Working With Children Check
  • Barista training an advantage but not essential
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
