Marketing Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing marketing team at a leading Australian asset manager, supporting both institutional and wholesale distribution across Australia and Asia. You will work alongside a team of experienced marketing professionals and collaborate closely with sales teams across the Group. This role offers hands-on exposure across digital marketing, events, content production and campaign execution. You'll gain broad experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation and updates for client materials, presentations, social media, website and email marketing.

• Maintain and organise marketing asset libraries, including investor presentations, product materials, templates and brand collateral.

• Assist in planning and executing client events, seminars, webinars, and roadshows — including managing invitations, logistics, materials and follow-ups.

• Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital and print channels.

• Monitor, update and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics and lead conversions.

• Manage the marketing calendar and support the timely execution of key marketing activities.

• Conduct competitor research and gather market insights to inform campaigns and content strategy.

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team in Australia and marketing specialists based in Manila.

• Contribute creative ideas to enhance marketing processes, content effectiveness and client engagement.

• Provide general marketing support to the business as required.

About you

This role requires a resourceful and highly disciplined individual. To succeed in this fast-paced environment, you should possess the following:

Job-specific skills, qualifications and experience:

• Some internship or work experience in a marketing, communications or administrative role (experience in financial services is a plus, but not essential)

• Basic understanding of the Australian financial services industry

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. email marketing, social media, Canva, or CRM systems)
