We are seeking a reliable, professional, and compassionate Support Worker to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and demonstrate excellent communication skills, and professionalism when supporting clients with their daily living activities and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and practical support to clients in their homes or community settings
  • Assist with daily living tasks including meals, hygiene, mobility, and social participation
  • Encourage independence and promote the dignity, safety, and well-being of clients
  • Follow individual care and support plans accurately and report any changes or concerns promptly
  • Maintain clear, professional, and confidential records of support provided
  • Work collaboratively with other staff, families, and allied health professionals

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a support or care role
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home and Community) or other relevant qualification, or demonstrated experience supporting people with disabilities or aged care needs
  • Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism
  • Excellent communication and common-sense problem-solving skills
  • Ability to start immediately

Essential Criteria

  • NDIS Worker Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, insured vehicle
  • Completion of the following mandatory NDIS modules (available via the NDIS Commission website):
  • Quality, Safety and You
  • New Worker – NDIS Induction Module
