About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring windows, glass surfaces, and related fixtures are cleaned to a high standard of presentation for both residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, skylights, and other glass surfaces.
- Use ladders, extension poles, squeegees, and cleaning solutions safely and effectively.
- Remove dirt, dust, grease, water spots, and streaks from glass surfaces.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues or repairs needed.
- Follow safety procedures when working at heights or with chemicals.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and to client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in window cleaning (preferred but not essential – training provided).
- Ability to work at heights and use ladders safely.
- Physical fitness – capable of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Current driver's license (preferred).
